Medscribbler Lite is free and can be set up for multiple locations as it is SQL based client server.

For most free clinics we will provide a commercial version of Medscribbler for free. The commercial versions have the ability to schedule multiple providers at multiple locations with multiple resources

Medscribbler is also effective for free clinics because of the sometimes volunteer nature - using handwriting as the basic input method helps non-typing doctors feel comfortable and helps in quick short training for new docs.
